Initial Client Meetings: We initiate our projects with a briefing with Human Resources and Executive Line Management. During the briefing, we look to ensure that our clients provide background information to enable us to appropriately represent them in the marketplace. Search proposals, are developed from the information provided in the briefing and include our understanding of the organizations needs and our view of the appropriate candidate profile to meet this need.
Confirmation of project acceptance via signed contract.
Final defining of Position Descriptions/Specifications. This document will confirm our firms understanding of the strategic and tactical importance of the positions impact, desired skills and background of qualified candidates, responsibilities, compensation, points of accountability and standards of results to be achieved. The job description and company profile is pre-approved by client for marketplace use.
Initiation of Organizational Research. Our research department will create a target list of organizations who by virtue of their products and services should house the candidate population we seek. The Organizational Research will be in standardized format showing key reporting relationships, structure of organization, etc.
A detailed progress-reporting schedule is developed to ensure consistent feedback throughout the search.
Extensive recruiting activity and candidate qualification commences. Superior candidates are benchmarked and ranked for potential field interviews.
Organizational Research continues with regular progress provided to clients. Through this review, our clients see that a systematic search has been conducted and that they are truly selecting from a known population.
With client pre-approval, (where travel is necessary), field interviews commence. Candidates are assessed on key success factors critical to their ability to excel in these roles within the Client Organization. All candidates are interviewed by the Principal or Managing Partner handling the search.
Candidate Presentation and Interviews. In depth professional assessments are delivered to the client, including resume and confidential interview notes on all presented candidates.
In consultation with client, candidates of choice are invited and scheduled for interviews with appropriate client decision-makers.
Coordination of follow-up interviews, compensation requirement discussions, candidate offers and acceptance.
Compensation data is provided in detailed form
Reference Checks are conducted on finalist candidates to verify background references, credentials, licensure (if applicable) are presented in a confidential format to clients.
Confirmation of successful candidates start date.
Candidates not selected are appropriately and professionally informed of this decision.
Placed candidates will be followed up upon at regular intervals and feedback delivered to client as appropriate.
